New user-friendly online season ticket redemption

We have always been proud to give our subscribers the greatest level of flexibility. We never force you to have the same seat or choose just one night of the week to use your tickets. Our new online booking system makes it easier than ever to choose your dates and seats online. With new intuitive features that automatically let you see season ticket vouchers and member discounts at checkout, using your subscriptions online is a snap.

Step 1: Log in to your account


Click the MyAccount link in the navigation bar. Don’t have a login? Don’t worry. You can sign up for one with a few pieces of info, but if you’ve ever purchased tickets in the past, chances are you are already in the system. Simply click ‘Lost your password?’ from the login screen and you can choose a password.


Once logged in, you can see a variety of helpful info: your current membership, any monthly contributions you have set up, securely saved payment methods, and a list of any upcoming tickets you have booked.

Step 2: Choose your seats


Select ‘EVENTS’ from the main navigation bar. You will be taken to a calendar of all upcoming events. Find the date and performance you would like to attend and click on its icon in the calendar.


Select your seats from the seating chart. Notice that as you hover over the seats, you are shown the exact price you pay for that seat. The example shown is a Silver Member. The price shown automatically calculates that this user does not pay a box office fee and gets a 10% discount on the regular ticket price.

Select all of the seats you need. Want to book seats for more than one show at a time? Want to book seats, register for classes, and add a gift certificate for your mom’s birthday? No problem with this system. You have an hour before tickets in your cart will be released back for sale. You can easily select all of your dates for the entire season and book them at once. Simply navigate around the site and add anything you like to your cart.

Step 3: Go to your cart


When you’re ready, go to your cart by clicking the button under the seat selection map, or click on the shopping cart icon in the navigation bar. Notice that each ticket selected will show its regular ticket price and your discounted price if you are an active member.


Scroll to the bottom of the cart page. You will see a section showing any available coupons. Any coupon that appears here can be applied to your current order. Whether guest vouchers for higher level memberships or your season ticket (subscriber) vouchers they will show here. Simply click a coupon to apply it to your order.


Once you’ve applied all of the vouchers you’d like to apply, simply click the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button and complete the payment process for any outstanding balance. It’s that easy. No more wondering if you have unused freePass vouchers or subscriptions. Everything is automatically available in your cart at checkout.
